KJEI’s Trinity Institute of Management and Research (TIMR), Pune, affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University, successfully organized a 2-Day National Level Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Shaping the Future of Teaching and Learning” on 27th & 28th September 2025.

The event was conducted in academic collaboration with BrightHawk InfoTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Pune, a leading academic event, digital learning, and research-driven training provider known for empowering educators and institutions at a global scale.

The FDP aimed to introduce faculty members and researchers to emerging trends, global pedagogical practices, technology integration in education, and future-ready teaching strategies that will shape the upcoming decade of learning.

Dr. Matheen is a distinguished academic leader with expertise in digital education ecosystems, educational technology strategies, and academic assessment.
His experience spans roles such as:

• ICT & Exam Supervisor – King Saud University

• ICT Lead Faculty – Maarif Education

• Head of IT – Dome International Schools

• Assistant Professor – Amina Institute of Technology
  He holds a Ph.D. in Wireless Multimedia Sensor Networks and has 10+ years of diversified international experience.

• Expertise in HRM, Organizational Behavior, Emotional Intelligence, Strategy & Leadership
