Rajmata Women’s College of Education, Sangli, in collaboration with BrightHawk InfoTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., successfully organized a National 5-Day Online Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Innovative Teaching & Pedagogy.”

The program aimed to enhance the teaching abilities of educators by incorporating creative, technology-integrated, and student-centric pedagogical methods. It brought together academicians from diverse institutions across India and offered highly practical modules for day-to-day teaching improvement.
