📌 Introduction
Choice College of Arts and Commerce, Warje, Pune (Affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University), in collaboration with BrightHawk InfoTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., successfully organized a 5-Day National Level Online Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Practical AI for Digital Content Creation Using Free Tools” from 8th to 12th September 2025.
The FDP aimed to equip educators, faculty members, researchers, and trainers with hands-on skills to leverage Artificial Intelligence and digital tools for creating impactful educational content such as presentations, quizzes, videos, and teaching modules.
The program witnessed enthusiastic participation from academicians across India, reflecting the growing need for AI-enabled innovative teaching practices.

📅 Day-wise FDP Summary
🗓 Day 1 – AI Content Creation with ChatGPT & MagicSchool.ai
The FDP began with an introduction to AI-driven content generation. Participants learned how to develop academic notes, lesson plans, and teaching material using ChatGPT, MagicSchool.ai, and other free platforms. The session focused on generating high-quality, plagiarism-free educational text.
🗓 Day 2 – Designing Presentations Using Canva, SlidesAI & Tome
This session trained faculty members in creating visually appealing, professional presentations. Tools like SlidesAI and Tome.app were demonstrated for automated slide creation, while Canva was used for advanced design customizations suitable for classroom and research presentations.
🗓 Day 3 – Video Creation Using Lumen5, Canva Video & Clipchamp
Participants were introduced to easy-to-use video-making platforms. The resource person demonstrated how to convert text into videos using Lumen5, create teaching demos through Canva Video, and produce short educational clips using Clipchamp. The hands-on session enabled participants to create their first academic video.
🗓 Day 4 – Auto-generating Quizzes with Google Forms & ChatGPT
This session focused on assessment methods. Participants learned how to generate MCQs, quizzes, and interactive forms using Google Forms, supplemented by AI-generated questions created through ChatGPT. Techniques for analyzing responses and exporting results were also covered.
🗓 Day 5 – Publishing Modules, AI Ethics & Teaching Portfolio Development
The final day highlighted best practices for publishing academic content, maintaining ethical AI usage, and building an online teaching portfolio. Participants were guided on assembling slides, quizzes, and videos into a complete teaching module ready for classroom delivery.
