📌 Introduction

Dnyansagar Institute of Management & Research (DIMR), in association with BrightHawk InfoTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., successfully organized a 5-Day National Level Faculty Development Program on “Innovations in Research, Publication & Accreditation in Higher Education” from 24th to 28th November 2025.
The FDP aimed to strengthen the research, publication, and academic quality competencies of faculty members, research scholars, and academicians across India.

This initiative brought together expert educators, researchers, and academic professionals, who delivered enriching sessions combining theory, practice, and strategic academic insights.

📌 Day 1 – Research Design & Emerging Academic Tools

Resource Person: Dr. Abdul Matheen, Academic Supervisor – Saudi Electronic University, Riyadh
The FDP commenced with an insightful session on research fundamentals. Dr. Matheen discussed:

Day 4 emphasised quality assurance practices essential for higher education institutions. The session included:

  • NAAC & NBA accreditation frameworks

  • Quality indicators and assessment matrices

  • Institutional benchmarking and quality improvement strategies
